PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Dell Services today announced it has signed a five-year contract with global alternative asset manager The Carlyle Group to provide hosting and support for Oracle(R) PeopleSoft Enterprise and Hyperion Performance Management applications. Dell Services support will enable The Carlyle Group to maximize the benefits and value of PeopleSoft and Hyperion solutions, including strategy consulting, applications services, infrastructure support services and business process solutions.

Utilizing its global delivery experience, Dell Services will offer technical support, application maintenance and integration services for The Carlyle Group's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation. As a single partner for both hardware and services, Dell Services will offer a fully-integrated end-to-end solution that includes hardware, data center hosting, IT service management, and PeopleSoft and Hyperion applications management.
