Dell Technologies Conference Call to Discuss Conclusion of Strategic Review and Agreement to Exchange Class V Tracking Stock for Equity or Cash Election Option

Dell Technologies announced today that it has reached an agreement with its Special Committee of independent directors to exchange the outstanding Class V tracking stock for Class C common stock of Dell Technologies or an optional cash election. Dell Technologies Class C common stock will become publicly listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Dell Technologies will conduct an investor conference call to be broadcast live to the public July 2, 2018 at 7:00 AM CT.
